Route-Install Package

Our Route/Install package includes:

• Only available for1over1 sash windows.
• All work carried out on site
• Remove sashes from frame
• Remove glass from sashes
• Secure on bench
• Measure required depth and set router
• Clean of old putties and clean rebates
• Route back require depth
• Clean edges
• Apply low mod silicone to rebate
• Supply and fit 12mm Heritage double glazing unit
• Place unit in sash
• Secure units with sprigs
• Apply low mod silicone to edges
• Mitre cut wooden glazing beads
• Fit glazing beads with pins and fill pin holes with two pack filler
• Caulk bead edges to frame and glass neatly
• Leave to dry
• Rub down filler and prime beading
• New lead weights
